Information
Purchasing a puppy:
If you're looking to welcome a lifelong companion into your home, our puppies are available at a cost of $4,200 (including GST). To secure a puppy a $500 deposit is necessary to reserve your furry friend. This deposit is deducted from the remaining balance. The full purchase amount must be settled before you collect or arrange transportation for your puppy. Please ensure the funds are cleared prior to bringing your new companion home.
The Assurance of Purchasing from a Registered Business:
Choosing to purchase from a registered business offers numerous benefits and assurances, ensuring a reliable and trustworthy transaction for our valued customers. Every transaction with our business comes with the assurance of a purchase receipt. This document provides an offical record of your purchase, including details such as the total cost, GST breakdown and any other relevant information, offering you clarity and peace of mind. By choosing to purchase from a registered business like ours, you are not just acquiring a product or service you are entering into a relationship built on trust, legality and a commitment to excellence. We value your trust and look forward to providing you with a reliable and satisfactory experience.
Preparing for your new puppy:
Your puppy can join your family between 8 to 12 weeks old. Prior to their arrival they undergo regular worming every 2 weeks, receive their initial vaccination, undergo a thorough veterinary check, and are microchipped for identification. As your puppy gets ready to leave for their new home, you'll receive information detailing all their current milestones and experiences, along with our recommendations for their ongoing care and happiness.
Visiting our adorable puppies:
Since our puppies grow up in a family environment, we reserve visitation rights for the proud new parents of our puppies. Once you've placed a deposit to secure your furry friend, you're more than welcome to schedule a visit after your puppy's first vaccination, typically between 6-8 weeks. This is your chance to not only meet your future companion but also to get acquainted with your puppy's mother and father, adding a special dimension to your puppy's journey home.
Crate Training:
At No Eye Deer Farm, we understand that every family and home environment is unique. While our adult dogs enjoy the freedom to move indoors and outdoors as they please, we recognise that crate training is a popular and practical choice for many dog owners. Although we don't crate train our puppies before they come to your home, we're here to support you in any way we can to facilitate a smooth transition.
Puppy Transport:
Transport can be arranged for Interstate Travel, costs are usually between $250 to $350 depending on location. International Travel is welcome but must be arranged by you at your expense.
Desexing your puppy:
We recommend de-sexing just before six months of age to allow for natural physical development. Please consult with your vet about the best option in your individual situation and check the requirements in your State.
Nourishment for our canine companions:
We provide our dogs and puppies with Lyka Pet Food and Royal Canin for their dietary needs. Upon bringing your puppy home, we reccomend maintaining their diet with Royal Canin to ensure a seamless transition. If you choose to switch their food, we advise doing so gradually. For our adult dogs, they enjoy a diet that includes Lyka, Royal Canin, raw meat bones, fresh eggs, and an assortment of fresh produce to keep them well-nourished.
Understanding Cavoodle Generations:
F1. (First Generation) Cavoodles: F1 Cavoodles are a direct cross between a purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a purebred poodle. These puppies often display a balanced mix of traits from both parent breeds, including coat type, size and temperament. F1 Cavoodles are popular for their charming personalities and hypoallergenic qualities.
F1b. (First Generation Backcross) Cavoodles: F1b Cavoodles are the result of breeding an F1 Cavoodle with a purebred Poodle. This generation is often preferred by individuals looking for a higher degree of poodle traits, such as a curlier coat.
F2. (Second Generation) Cavoodles: F2 Cavoodles are the offspring of two F1 Cavoodles. This generation may vary in appearance and temperament, as they can inherit traits from both their F1 parent breeds. F2 Cavoodles can provide a diverse range of coat types and characteristics.
Unveiling the world of dog DNA:
In the modern era of canine care and breeding, understanding a dog's DNA has become a valuable tool for ensuring the health and well-being of our furry friends. Just as DNA shapes the unique characteristics of every indivdual, it plays a pivotal role in determining a dog's traits, coat type and even potential genetic health conditions.
We take immense pride in introducing you to our DNA clear stud dog, a shining example of responsible breeding practices. When we say "DNA clear", we're referring to a dog who has undergone genetic testing to ensure they are free from specific inherited health conditions that might be prevalent. This proactive approach helps us provide puppies that are more likely to lead healthy lives, offering peace of mind to new pet owners.
